Access to MeadowEdgeWay is subject to our qualification process. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications based on business requirements, budget considerations, and platform suitability.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You agree to use MeadowEdgeWay services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Our services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly billing cycles. Payment is due in advance for each billing period.
Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing customers.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeadowEdgeWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees become immediately due.
Upon termination, you will lose access to the platform and any data stored within it. We recommend exporting your data before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
